Depression is something that you wouldn't want to go through. When you are depressed, you wouldn't want to do anything and you are just killing yourself slowly with things like fatigue and lack of an appetite. When a person is going through depression, he or she for sure would have thought of death as a last resort. People say that suicide can be a result of depression because a person going through it believes that there is no one in this world who cares for him or her. A depressed person feels as if though he or she is alone. Moreover, it is quintessential to assure that there is always someone beside the person if at all possible. We should comfort a depressed person and we should assure the person that everything is going to be alright. Some who experience depression will feel it emotionally by being easily saddened by random ordinary things. Depression can also manifest itself physically by causing the person to suffer from insomnia, loss of appetite and fatigue. Watch for signs like these in a person you may suspect is suffering from depression. You can be a great help to a friend or loved one if you find them treatment early!
